Q. I already work with representatives from various insurance carriers. Why should I work with Essenture?

A. When you work with direct representatives from insurance carriers, as good as they are, you can never be sure you are getting an independent solution based on your need or the need of your client. Essenture knows the strengths and weaknesses of each carrier and can provide an independent solution since we are not tied to one carrier. There are over 20+ carriers we work with that offers similar products to what you currently offer. Most direct carriers just add new products year after year because they are required to increase sales. Most of those new products hold little or no value to the employee. Our solutions are based on need working in conjunction with any major medical changes. We can be your “one-stop” shop for all voluntary benefits.

 

Q. I already have workplace benefits in place at my organization or my client’s organization. Why would we need to set an appointment with Essenture?

A. We conduct a NO COST analysis of your voluntary benefits. We want you to feel confident that with the 20 + carriers on the market, you are offering your employees the best. The Essenture Advantage is two-fold: 1. DESIGN. We design and recommend a simple, yet customized solution to our clients/brokers. 2. IMPLEMENTATION. We provide superior enrollment services of our design.

 

It is good to review your voluntary benefits annually in conjunction with your major medical changes. You may decide to implement none, some or all of our recommendations. When we have conducted our analysis, you will know where you stand in your offerings.

 

Q. What is the target client for Essenture?

A. 1. Organizations that have voluntary benefits. 2. Organizations that do not have voluntary benefits. We have strategically built our model to accommodate all types of clients desiring voluntary benefit solutions. Our smallest client is two lives. Our largest client is 15,000 lives. We still have a great desire assist the small size business client. They are often overlooked in our industry.
